This is a new 18 volt trimmer edeger catalog number NST2018 with two batteries and a charger. I have the thing put together and it appears to be ready to go. The first battery has been charged for over 8 hours and the red light is still on the charger. When if ever does the light go out. On other chargers I have worked with the light goes out when the battery is charged. Is that the case here and how long should it take?
