I have had my FHV1200 for about 1 1/2 yrs. I have rarely used the vaccuum. Now it will no longer hold a charge. How do I get the battery replaced? If there is no replacement it will go to the landfill. That would be sad and I would be very reluctant to purchase another Black and Decker device.
