The Junior Workshop was very well made but it was shipped with one wrong major part. Two of right legs and no left leg.
Bought this workshop for my 4 year old grandson for Christmas. He was so excited when he opened the package and saw the box and could not wait for it to be put together. I promised to have it completed when he came to our house the next day. After spreading out the parts and comparing to the list I found I had two part E and no part F. Needless to say I was not pleased. I called the toll free number and got a recording and left a message. Received a call back after the weekend and was told that they were out of some parts but after checking said that the missing F was in stock and would be shipped to me. I was told it would take a week to 10 days and that was 20 days ago and the part has yet to be received. I finally cut holes in the extra E and shaved off plastic to make it work. It is not level but my grandson still plays with it.
Pros:
The product is a lot of fun for a four year old. It makes plenty of noise but it should to be realistic. I have no problem with the actual product just very disappointed with product inspection for letting the product leave the factory wrong and with customer service for not fulfilling their promise to ship the part.
Cons:
Having to explain to my grandson that it would be 10 days before he could play with his present from his granddad because of a missing prart.
